The Rushmore Plaza Civic Center in Rapid City is playing host to the 2020 SDHSAA state high school cheer and dance competition on October 23-24. On Friday in the Class A, Sioux Valley won their 14th consecutive state cheer championship, while Dakota Valley claimed their 11th straight state dance title.
