John Eagle Jr. passed for two touchdowns and rushed for another to lead McLaughlin to a 28-8 win over White River in the Class 9B All Nations Conference Championship.
Eagle Jr. completed 6 of 12 passes for 152 yards and added 25 rushing yards on six carries for the Mustangs. Tyler Bull Head topped 100 receiving yards, finishing with 101 yards and two touchdowns. Jacob Carry Moccasin rushed for 40 yards on 14 attempts and one score.
White River’s Kreg Stoddard rushed for 95 yards on 20 carries. Treston Hill scored the Tigers' lone touchdown on a three-yard rush in the 4th quarter.
McLaughlin finishes the season with a perfect 10-0 record, while White River ends at 8-2.
