The 10th Annual Dakota Angler Ice Institute is Friday through Sunday at the Sioux Falls Arena.

The Ice Institute gives ice fisherman an opportunity to see the latest in the ice fishing industry. Attendees can also learn from several experts and speakers.

Dakota Angler owner Todd Heitkamp previews the Ice Institute and also discusses ice fishing fun and safety.
