Established in 1931 on Long Island, Guild Hall was more than an art collection. It was the cultural center of the community.For the past several weeks, the Visual Arts Center at the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls has hosted the exhibition Guild Hall: An Adventure in the Arts. Visitors can see work from some of the 20th Century's great artists: Andy Warhol, Jackson Pollock, Chuck Close, and more.

American travel writer and television personality Rick Steves has a new mini-series called “Art of Europe.” Plus, an exhibition featuring work from some of the nation's greatest artists is open now at the Washington Pavilion. Guild Hall, featuring artwork from Andy Warhol, Jackson Pollock, Chuck Close, and others arrives in Sioux Falls.

Ipso Gallery at Fresh Produce opens an art exhibit called "Enlightenment Machine" on Friday August 12. The contemporary show is an invitation to think more deeply about art, artist, and viewer.

Black History month 2022 may be over, but you can recognize the contributions of Black South Dakotans year-round at the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls. A display case celebrating Black history is housed at the Washington pavilion.
