    Outgoing Attorney General Mark Vargo is announcing the formation of a Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons Advisory Council. That group is comprised of advocates, prosecutors and law enforcement from BIA, tribal and state agencies. State lawmakers will also sit on the council.
