About the book...
“South Dakota Night Sky” is a children's book about the night sky written by a South Dakotan, with photographs taken by a South Dakotan. Educational, fun, and beautiful, this book is intended to teach children about the night sky and introduce them to astronomy. Dedicated to the author’s nieces, nephews, and niblings, (a term for the nonbinary child of a sibling coined in 1951), “South Dakota Night Sky” is an educational book appropriate for children of all ages.
