Join us for a delightful combination of "Baby and Me Yoga" and story time! This unique event offers a wonderful opportunity for mothers to socialize, exercise, and, most importantly, connect with their babies in a calm and nurturing environment. We kindly ask that mothers attend only after at least six weeks postpartum, allowing ample time for the body to heal. There's no need to register or pay a fee, but please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket for your baby, as our supply is limited. Babies aged 6 weeks to 24 months are welcome to join in the fun.
