The Red Ribbon Skirt Society (RRSS) has partnered with Waterfront Gallery for the Arts to bring a special Exhibit/Program to Pierre, SD, May 14, 2023. A Red Dress Exhibit will adorn the inside of the gallery during the whole month of May, 2023, which will include the names of South Dakota Missing and Murdered Women. The exhibit will include an altar where community can put items of healing such as sage, tobacco, sweet grass, pictures. Any items that help the community and families heal. Dresses will also be hung from trees outside the Waterfront Gallery as a public visual reminder of the epidemic that our nation is facing.
