Gymnastics - SDPB State Championship Coverage

Sheri Keck was just a sophomore when gymnastics became a sanctioned sport in 1974. She competed in the first sanctioned state meet, went on to SDSU, and eventually became a top gymnastics coach in South Dakota as well.

SDPB's Nate Wek shares what to expect for the two championships happening this weekend.

The 2024 SDHSAA state gymnastics competition will take place at Pierre TF Riggs high school on February 9-10. Gymnastics is celebrating its 50th anniversary as a sanctioned sport in South Dakota this year.

For over 10 years, he had the title of the Fastest Man in High School Track in South Dakota. Chris Fischer joins Craig Mattick on this edition of In Play.
