Dakota Midday: A.J. Croce

www.ajcrocemusic.com

When Jim Croce died in a plane crash en route to Austin, Texas, in 1973, he left behind a wife and son. His son, A.J. Croce, followed in his footsteps as a recording and touring musician and songwriter. A.J. Croce's career has already spanned over 20 years as he's headlined concerts and festivals worldwide. He began his career as a solid blues musician and singer, but as he explained to SDPB's Steve Zwemke prior to his performance at the Matthews Opera House in Spearfish, he had to deal with challenges in his life that made him change course.
