One year ago, NASA released its first batch of images from the James Webb Space Telescope.
To celebrate, the organization released a new image of a star-forming region several light-years from Earth. And a NASA astronomer joined In the Moment to bring a bit of the cosmos home to South Dakota.
Karl Gordon, Ph.D., discussed the significance of the Webb and its images. But more importantly, he shared his love for astronomy and learning something new about the universe.
