Our National Bison Day Celebration will include special guest, Dr. Fred Provenza, author of Nourishment and over 300 publications on land use and health and the connection to our own human health. Plus a special appearance by Patagonia Founder Yvon Chouinard. We will also be treated to a reading and conversation with Dan O'Brien, a performance by Wambli Ska Society Drum & Dance Group, and a Buffalo Meat Tasting, with complimentary beer & wine.
