Constitutional Amendment S

Constitutional Amendment S will ask voters to decide whether or not to expand the rights of crime victims in South Dakota. SDPB spoke with the Proponents of the issue, known as "Marsy's Law for South Dakota", as well as those opposing the Constitutional Amendment. Attorney General Marty Jackley also provided his explanation.
