Via the Rapid City Police Department Facebook page - Officers Brian Pitts, Tim Doyle and Eric Dwyer were at Knollwood Elementary to help out with the Discovery Program this morning. When things didn't work out to hold soccer practice, they improvised and let the kiddos check out some of the tools of our trade. The kids also helped us figure out how to blast some beats on our patrol car's PA system.
